February 2 2016 - In The Spirit

The Apostle Paul identifies two kinds of people on the earth. There are those who are "in the flesh" and those who are "in the Spirit." He writes, "you are not in the flesh but in the Spirit, if indeed the Spirit of God dwells in you. But if anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ, he does not belong to Him" (Rom. 8:9). Every believer in Jesus is an "in the Spirit" person. Your sin has been forgiven and God dwells in you. Let's ask God to help us grow in our identity of being "in the Spirit."
