Chang, MD, who is a board-certified plastic surgeon and Professor in the Department of Plastic Surgery at the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, Texas. Dr. Chang trained at the University of California San Francisco for plastic surgery residency, followed by a fellowship in microvascular reconstructive surgery at the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, Texas.
