Kathy Newman comes from British Columbia and has been involved in Wheelchair Basketball Canada since 2002 as a board member and advocate. In 2019 she was inducted into the Canadian Paralympic Committee Hall of Fame for her lifetime of contributions to the growth of the Paralympic movement. She was recently appointed president and she joins us to discuss what she hopes to accomplish in her new role!
