February 9, 2020 - 1 Peter 2:9-12 - "The Simpler Your Identity in Christ, the Better"

“Like a moth to a flame.” Light has a way of attracting like few things can. God knows that, of course. So he has given us a new identity in the light of his Son Jesus. He completely changes who we are. That, in turn, completely changes how we live. This dark world and every person who occupies it need light. So let your light shine, dear disciple, so that others may see your good deeds and ultimately praise your Father in heaven with you. Such an attractive light!
