Debate Boycott, Deion's Win, RMU 5th Anniversary Alabama Republicans just don't know when to quit.  Federal judges struck down the state's new congressional map that includes only one majority-Black district, defying a Supreme Court order.  We'll talk to a fellow from the Legal Defense Fund working closely with the case about what's next.  Tennessee Representative Justin J.
