Rudy Giuliani has failed in court yet again - this time in spectacular fashion. Giuliani had filed a lawsuit claiming President Joe Biden had defamed him in a 2020 presidential debate. Yet, after Biden's lawyer objected to Rudy's failure to prove personal jurisdiction to bring the lawsuit, Rudy "failed to object to the motion."
