The Federal Reserve announced they are keeping the federal funds rate between 4.25% and 4.5% in January 2025. This means that interest rates will likely continue to be in the the 6.5 - 7% range for the foreseeable future. Here's what this all means if you are thinking of buying or selling a home soon.
