Feed Drop: Not Quite Dead, a show about vampires which just finished its final season

from Spirit Box Radio

Hey folks, it’s Eira! Today I’m introducing to you another one of my own shows, Not Quite Dead! Not Quite Dead follows Alfie Dellon, a former nurse who has become entangled in the world of vampires. It starts with mauled patients showing up at the A&E where he worked, their throats torn out, apparently by human teeth. One near-death experience later, Alfie finds himself swapping blood with Casper, a vampire who he cannot seem to resist. But Casper is hiding things from Alfie. He says it’s to keep him safe, but Alfie isn’t quite sure he believes him. He wants to trust Casper, to believe he has his best interests in mind. But how can he believe that after Cas abandons him at his most vulnerable, with no explanation, and no indication of when he’ll come back? This show about vampires recently finished its final season, so the story is now finished, with 55 episodes waiting for you to sink your teeth into. The story starts small but gets bigger with each season, and the introduction of a vampire older than agriculture flips the whole thing on its head in Season Two. Here’s the show’s first episode to give you a taste of what to expect. If you enjoy it, you can find the rest of the show by searching ‘Not Quite Dead’ wherever you’re listing right now, or you can listen ad free over on Patreon at patreon.com/hangingslothstudios from just £2.Transcript for NQD Episode One: https://hangingslothstudios.com/nqd-1/ Hosted on Acast.
