Feel Peace When You Don't Lose

from The Christian Weight-Loss Podcast · host LeAndra McMullen

#0010- 2 Feel peace when you don't lose You are not your body. When we can separate the facts from the thoughts about our weight-loss, we gain freedom. The number on the scale, the number of pounds of fat on our body doesn't define who we are. They also don't hurt us emotionally until we have a story about them. It's the stroy we attach to the facts that hurt us and keep us from losing the weight. When we can process the emotions from not losing weight and continue to move forward, we win.   Listen to today's episode to see how to remain curious and stay in massive action no matter what is happening on the scale. Isaiah 54:10 says that God will never take His peace, love and kindness away from us.
