Feeling a little unsure of the future? Not sure of what to believe or not?

Feeling queazy and uncertain of the future these days? I think it is normal and quite terrifying to those that have lost their jobs, dreams and future plans. These are NOT normal days and I am afraid they were NEVER be the same again. We have undone and said too many things that have crossed the lines with the world not just within our country.I would encourage seniors to try and remember better days and that living in the past is perhaps our release button for this confusion.
