Feeling Lonely

from You and Me and BPD Hosted by Stef RB

In this episode, I talk about how I experience loneliness. The feeling of loneliness is one of the most human feelings we can experience, but I know that it can be hard to explain and hard to vocalize why we feel the way we do. I touch on the topic of 'spiraling' - when one emotion or thought leads to another and it feels like you are falling into a bottomless pit - as well as some of the ways that loneliness can contribute to an overwhelming sense of emptiness if we are not honest about how we feel. I made this episode because I feel lonely nearly all the time, and many of the messages I receive have to do with people telling me that this podcast has helped them to feel less lonely in their mental health journeys. As always, feel free to reach out on my Instagram @journey.bound; I will always answer your messages and send you loving thoughts. I hope you know that you are never truly alone in this world; the earth is your home and you are a beautiful part of it. I love you 🖤 stay safe 🌻
