Feeling out of place in today's world? When culture shifts + you don’t (with Marian Jordan Ellis)

Ever feel like you're living in a world you just can’t relate to anymore? Where prayer has been traded for good vibes, what’s wrong is celebrated as if it’s right, “live your truth” has replaced the truth, and “follow your heart” gets louder applause than following Jesus?   Join me as I sit down with Marian Jordan Ellis, author of the new Lifeway Women’s study Anchored, to expose the tricky lie of “I just can’t relate to this world anymore,” and instead of a bad thing, we’ll find how it’s not only a very good thing, but it’s the very place God positioned us on purpose to shine bright for Him.   All in all, if you’ve ever felt like a spiritual fish out of water — this one’s for you. Together, let’s step forward into the truth that we’re not alone, our God’s not irrelevant, and we’re definitely not without purpose in this post-Christian world.   Don’t forget to share or leave a review about this episode to be entered to win her new study studying the letters of Peter, Anchored!   🔗 Connect more with Marian: https://thisredeemedlife.org Instagram: www.instagram.com/marianjordanellis Her new study, Anchored: https://rstyle.me/+6vtRmcaQ9A6_eJLsGgf2yw   🔗 Connect with Heidi: Her new devotional, All In, All Yours: https://rstyle.me/+11Ii1owgccFkGPU0t1uz3w Instagram: www.instagram.com/heidileeanderson https://heidileeandersonministries.com
