In honor of PRIDE month, Dr. Deb sits down with a special guest Erin Waters. Erin is a Kaiser Permanente Equity, Inclusion, and Diversity Consultant and Community Health Navigator in Kaiser Permanente’s Northwest Region Gender Pathways Clinic. In her role, Erin is a powerful advocate for the LGBTQ+ community and has a deep commitment to help transform health systems to be more inclusive and gender affirming for trans and nonbinary people.
