Today's episode is a bit nerve-wracking for me as I delve into a topic I've avoided discussing deeply online: my experience transitioning from a progressive community out West to my return to Georgia. Back in Utah, I lived in a vibrant, sex-positive, rave scene community. Now, in Atlanta, I feel like a bull in a China shop, struggling to find my place in a culture that seems more reserved. I've realized how easy it is to feel trapped in societal expectations, especially for women. This episode is a call to break free from the all-or-nothing mindset, to infuse our lives with small pleasures, and to prioritize our well-being. It's time to reclaim our wildness and live authentically, without feeling trapped in the daily grind.
