Fellowship with the Mystery

In this powerful service, Pastor Kevin Diggs unpacks the inexhaustible depths of God’s glory through Ephesians 3 and 4. Challenging the modern church’s tendency to treat salvation merely as an escape from eternal damnation, Pastor Kevin reveals that we were saved into a living, ongoing partnership (koinonia) with the mystery of Christ. He examines the Greek concept of Polypoikilos—the multifaceted, richly varied manifold wisdom of God—and explains how God uses the five-fold ministry to equip the saints and display His authority over principalities and powers in heavenly places. Drawing from the story of Mary and Martha, John 17, and Revelation 19, this message calls believers to stop relying on intellectual striving, rest at the feet of Jesus, and let the Holy Spirit strengthen their inner man so Christ can be fully manifested through a surrendered life. Key Discussion Points: The Unsearchable Riches of Christ: Exploring Ephesians 3:8–9 to realize that God’s lavish riches and glory have no bottom and no end. Koinonia in the Mystery: Why the revelation of Christ does not stop at salvation, but invites believers into an active, ongoing participation in what God is doing right now. The Manifold Wisdom Displayed: Unpacking Polypoikilos and the five-fold ministry (Ephesians 4:11–13) as God’s blueprint to manifest His power and authority to spiritual rulers and authorities. Resting Before Doing: Looking at Mary and Martha to understand why we must linger at the feet of the Word before we can ever become effective doers of the Word. The Testimony of Jesus as Prophecy: Discovering through Revelation 19:10 that every past work and healing of Christ is a prophetic promise that He desires to do it again and again through a surrendered people.
