💖 Feminine and Masculine Energy | Episode 14

In today’s episode, we are diving into energy.  No, it’s not the electrical energy although it does provide a source of fuel for you.  Think of energy as how you want to show up in the world.  You may be conscious or unconscious of how energy shows up in your world. Energy can be divided into 2 different categories...a feminine energy and a masculine energy.  Within these energies, there are characteristics that will empower you and those that will disempower you.  We call these the divine and wounded within both types of energies. Energy is not gender specific and we all have a core dominant energy.  This episode is not a deep dive, rather a general overview in the characteristics of each energy to create an awareness in how you are showing up in the world.
