This week I was delighted to have Andy "The Outcast" Cairney on the show. Former Scotland Strongest man, 7x World and 8x European Powerlifting champion and owner of Outcast Barbell Sanctuary Gym. We focused on his truly inspiring story from almost 10 years ago which was an extremely life changing event. He tells the story of when he blew both of his knees in the Arnold Classic Comp in Ohio USA to then head back to American soil after being told he would never walk or lift agin.
