Fadegrad dabei zu bleiben. Klar, wir sehen unseren Ängsten dabei in die Augen. Doch vor der Angst brauchen wir keine Angst zu haben – sondern können vertrauensvoll in den Mut zurücklehnen, der da ist. Der uns trägt, wenn wir uns nicht mit Halbbatzigem zufriedengeben wollen.
