FF 246 - Serving Life for a Victimless Crime, Cynthia Solis Fights for her Husband's Freedom

from Lions of Liberty Network · host LionsOfLibertyPodcast

On today's episode of Felony Friday Cynthia Solis joins John to bring attention to the plight of her husband, Baldemar Solis, who is serving a life sentence for a nonviolent crime. In 2017, Baldemar was sentenced by U.S. District Judge John McBryde to Life in federal prison. He was convicted of one count of conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute a controlled substance at trial. The conviction was based on hearsay testimony, ghost dope and a bizarre story claiming Baldemar had put a hit out on a cop (an accusation that was never prosecuted.)
