They all were very recently released, granted clemency last minute clemency by President Trump. Corvain Cooper was convicted of conspiracy to distribute and to possess with intent to distribute at least one thousand kilograms of marijuana, money laundering conspiracy and avoid IRS reporting requirements. Corvain received a life sentence without the possibility of parole in 2014. Check out Corvain’s website 40 Tons. Jimmy Romans was charged with Conspiracy to Distribute Marijuana in August 2010. In February of 2013 Jimmy was sentenced to Life Without Parole, reduced in 2017 to 30 years. Michael Pelletier was paralyzed from the waist down at the age of 11 in a farming accident. He used marijuana medically for years. He was charged with Conspiracy to Import and Distribute Marijuana. Sentenced to Life without Parole in 2006. Learn more about your ad choices.
