In this episode I invite Loh Chang, a friend and amazing cook in his own right, to sit down and discuss with me some of his Favorite Food Related Films. I must tell you; I was quite surprised by some of his choices, and especially the reasoning behind them. Super Gus is here, too, and as always, he’s a pleasure in the booth. We’ll discuss cooking, prep, ordering and serving of foods from all over, in setting familiar and alien. There are a few surprises, and lots of laughs in store.
