Fickle Faith
from Break It Down - Natalie Style Hosted by Natalie Flowers
In this episode I share from 1 Kings 19:1-15 Elijah the GREAT prophet in the Old Testament has a mountain top experience with God. God does a crazy miracle through Elijah. Immediately AFTER - literally LESS than 24 hours later Elijah runs for his life scared of ONE woman saying she’s going to kill him! He flees to a wilderness and prays for God to kill him! What?!? You just witnessed God doing a CRAZY MIRACLE and now you’re wanting to die from ONE woman’s threat?!? Fickle. Faith. This hit me. I’ve had fickle Faith just like him. Trusting MORE in my FEELINGS than Gods TRUTH. Our Faith is tested in the trials. May the trials PROVE that our FAITH is ROOTED in Gods promises for our lives. Pray my message today encourages you to get quiet and allow God to whisper his TRUTH OVER YOU.
