Welcome back to the Fight Business Podcast, Patrick Auger's show dedicated to the business-side of mixed martial arts.  In this episode, Auger breaks down the UFC's decision to release fighters Yoel Romero, Anthony Johnson, Rachael Ostovich, Jussier Formiga, and many more. UFC president Dana White has said that the promotion is on track to cut 60 fighters to end the year.  Auger comments that this may not be a set number of fighters, but more so a total dollar amount. Auger discusses Endeavor's struggles and how they impact the UFC. He also shares examples of fighters who could be at risk due to either lucrative contracts and/or not being able to draw in the casual audience.
