Fighting Favoritism

Do you have a favorite child? I know what you are thinking, “what a horrible thing to ask.” If we are all honest I think there are times we prefer one child over another but by and large we love all our children equally without playing favorites. There some things we know its fine to have favorites and then there are other times when favoritism is plays a negative factor in our work, lives, and in our church.
