The defendant admits she intended to repay the plaintiff, but then the plaintiff threatened to sue her and her son. Then, The plaintiff has been gambling nearly his entire life. He sent the defendant money to place football bets for him, but he claims the defendant refuses to return his winnings, so he’s suing. The defendant admits he kept some money because he thinks he should be paid for placing the plaintiff’s bets. He’s countersuing for harassment.
