Fighting Hidden Medical Marijuana Regulations In Oklahoma
from Hempresent · host Cannabis Radio
Today on Hempresent we are joined by a cannabis advocate named Shelly Free, fighting against regulations in Oklahoma about a newly passed Cannabis Legalization Bill. Green the Vote, a pro-marijuana group, filed a lawsuit in Oklahoma County against the state, Gov. Mary Fallin and the Oklahoma State Health Department. The lawsuit claims those five members had closed-door meetings to discuss the rules and amendments prior to the regular meeting, which was in violation of the Oklahoma Open Meetings Act. A group of citizens in Cleveland County also filed a lawsuit against the state and the health department over the regulations. One of those citizens is Shelly Free, and this is her story.Advertising Inquiries: https://redcircle.com/brandsPrivacy & Opt-Out: https://redcircle.com/privacy
