Fighting Imposter Syndrome in School, Work, & Friendships

Imposter syndrome is something that I think we all have struggled with at some point, whether it be in a professional environment, our personal life, or (in my case) both. I've never devoted an episode to this topic because, to be honest, I haven't wanted to come across the wrong way - after all, imposter syndrome often affects us when we've succeeded and yet don't feel deserving of our success. In this episode, I transparently discuss a few of these areas in my own life, what specific thought patterns my imposter syndrome has caused me to hold, and how I've been recently trying to fight those negative thoughts so that I can live an even more successful, happy life. I hope that if anything, this episode reminds you that you are NOT alone if you feel like a fraud and "not enough" in some way.
