Patriarchy and war are outmoded methods of engagement, especially in a world where cyber warfare has far greater reach and consequences. The obscene waste of money on outdated equipment and 19th and 20th century battle plans reveal a totally inept and corrupt congress owned by military contractors.    Wars worth fighting for are those directed at life, not death and the military and police could be repositioned to be life safers and true peace officers instead.
