Today has been a good day. My mental health needed a win. Things have been better for the past couple of days.It starts with connecting with cool people. It’s too easy for me to get wrapped up in 12-15 hour days railing against Traitor Trump and not interacting with the people who feel the same as I do. It’s not easy to maintain friendships or to make time for people who deserve it.But yesterday and this morning helped a bunch.
