First diagnosed with depression and anxiety at age 23, Christine Ravesi-Weinstein is no stranger to fighting with her inner voice. In this episode, she shares the deeply personal and powerful story of her battle with depression and anxiety and her journey to mental wellness. Now serving as an Assistant Principal at a Massachusetts high school, Christine is dedicated to removing the stigma of mental illness and works to promote physical activity as a coping strategy for anxiety. Christine is passionate about bridging her passions for education and writing to advocate for mental health. Since March of 2019, she has had numerous nationally published articles, including the number one most-read article of 2019 on eSchool News.
