Fili Poultry's Organic Chicken Makes Debut in Sharjah Markets

Taha Ghawamneh, General Manager of Fili Poultry, talks about Ektifa's launch of the organic fresh "FILI Poultry" organic chicken in various sizes. The initial phase includes 5,000 birds daily, distributed across 15 branches of the Sharjah Cooperative Society . In addition to whole birds, fresh cuts such as wings, legs, and boneless, skinless breasts are also available. By October, production is expected to reach 12,000 birds per day, with a full capacity of 15,000 birds per day by November, to be made available at all local retail outlets.
