There's a twitch, an impulse. We don't even think about it.It's a habit worth breaking.Here's a simple place to start: the next time there's a lull, lift your mind to God instead. Reflect on a Scripture verse. Say a Hail Mary. Picture Jesus sitting right next to you. Let Him fill those moments rather than a glowing screen.The gaps are already there. It's just a question of what we put in them.Let us pray. Lord, help us to turn to You in the small moments — not just the big ones. Fill the quiet spaces of our day with Your presence.
