According to Alex Kurtzman, the advantage of doing 10 episodes per season in Modern Trek is that you eliminate filler episodes - those that fall in between the classics in order to get your season to its 22 - 26 episode order. But "fillers" have their place too! We'll talk about what each of us considers to be filler eps, some of our favorites from the past, and whether we think (in spite of Kurtzman's feelings) that Modern Trek has fillers too!
