Freeze Frame with Russ Simmons reviews three films: The Judge with Robert Downey, Jr and Robert Duvall, The Notebook, an ultra bleak Czech film, not to be confused with the love story film of the same title, and Kill the Messenger, a film following a journalist in the 1980's who broke a story about a twisted CIA-sponsored program to arm the Nicaraguan contras through introduction of crack cocaine in the U.S. in the 1980's.
