Joe, a divorced bartender, is quite good at giving advice to people asking for it. What better way for him to hone his craft than becoming a black female radio host named Loqueesha.Loqueesha is considered a controversial movie, maybe because it's about a white bartender posing as a black female in order to get a job at a radio station looking for that demographic.
