Final Friday: On Deadly Ground (1994)

A firefighter specializing in blowing out fires, goes up against a greedy oil corporation he often works with, to prevent them from launching their new oil refinery and taking land from the Alaskan natives. On Deadly Ground is Steven Seagal's directorial debut and features strong performances from Michael Caine, John C. McGinley, and R. Lee Ermey and is nothing short of action-packed. There's nothing better than watching Steven Seagal taking down an entire oil corporation almost single-handedly. This movie is so crazy, it has a lengthy out-of-place environmentalist PSA on oil at the end which was a thinker, but this is why we love Steven Seagal movies so much.
