Sniper: Special Ops stars action movie star and martial arts expert, Steven Seagal, and former WWE Superstar, Rob Van Dam, in an action/war film where almost nothing happens for an hour and a half. A covert mission to extract a U.S. congressman goes south as the Taliban seize him, ruining the mission, and leaving an elite Army sniper and his partner isolated. A unit attempts to retrieve them as they fend for their survival. We may not always review horror movies on this podcast, but we certainly review some winners and this being one of them right near Christmas.
