As part of his role, he leads BVI Finance’s efforts to promote the territory’s international business and finance services locally and overseas. Prior to joining BVI Finance, he was Special Adviser to the Chief Executive Officer of the BVI Financial Services Commission (FSC). Gray is an expert in Islamic Finance, a public speaker and a published author. He has spent much of his career in the private sector with senior roles at Baring Asset Management and Barclays Wealth.
