He then turned to mortgage banking and started to learn a lot looking at thousands of people’s financial situations. From people who made 100K+ months to those who made less, He saw a correlation of the wealthy and quickly learned that building wealth had little to do with how much money they made but rather how much money they kept. He then saw a common denominator with the wealthy and that was real estate.   This episode will help you see in the lens of Todd looking at thousands of wealthy individuals' wealth strategies with the use of real estate. Once he learned from the bank, he then became the bank (hard money lender) and continues to implement models that have helped him become financially free by 35.
