Anne shares her story on how she and her husband became financially free in four years through real estate investing. She share her story of when she started in 2006 after accidentally running into the Rich Dad poor dad book and then fell in love with cash flow. It took Anne two years after she read the book looking for deals before she found one that was cash flowing. She shares how in 2006 houses were over priced and she was having a very hard time to find properties that cash flowed but because she had educated herself as to what a good deal should look like she didn't just buy because everyone else was buying. Anne talks about how she was able to manage her fear of her first deal and why she was able to conquer it. Anne also talks about the importance of having a mentor and how a mentor can really accelerate your learning curve and how she advises that every one that's starting out should have a mentor.
