Financial Performance Representations: Friend or Foe?

As the Legal Eagle Franchise Series continues, Host Paul Segreto is joined by Lane Fisher, Partner at Fisher Zucker LLC. Lane is a very active member of the International Franchise Association (IFA) and is a member of its Board of Directors. Paul and Lane will discuss developing Financial Performance Representations (FPRs) for inclusion in Franchise Disclosure Documents (FDDs). They will focus on the do's and don'ts of utilizing those representations to ensure compliance within federal guidelines while effectively utilizing the representations for mutual benefit of franchisor and franchise candidates.
