Find a Partner!

In this episode, Russ and I discuss the "list" of qualities that we were looking for when it came to choosing a partner. His list included things like kindness and grit while I was looking for someone who had a great work ethic but could also make me laugh. Sometimes you have to do hard things and if you can laugh with each other, it makes those hard times just a bit better.
