There are many types of pressure such as; sports pressure work pressure relationship pressure business pressure school pressure peer pressure financial pressure But the key here is knowing how to respond to the pressure to ensure you are focused and performing under the pressure, not crumbling! Answer these questions to identify what happens to you when you are struggling to focus. What happens when you can't focus? What kind of emotions come up for you when you struggle to focus?
