We talk about life work balance, what it means to run a successful business and how to sustain that business. As well as self care must haves on the road. Sandy reminds us that you can have it all, and ways she made that happen in her own life experience! ‘Sandy’ studied both Elementary Education & Dance in College. During college she was a dance teacher for Skip Randall Performing Arts in Caldwell, NJ & she created the dance program at Rogers Dance Studio in Montclair, NJ where she also taught Aerobics. It was while working with Jackie Rogers that she had the opportunity to perform in the Giants vs. Jets halftime show at the Meadownlands Arena.  Sandy also competed in many pageant circuits including holding the titles of Miss Nutley & Miss NJ World. Following her college graduation, Sandy fulfilled a life long dream of opening her own dance studio in Fairfield, NJ. She ran her own Performing Arts School for over 11 years. Many of her former students went on to perform on Broadway in Fosse’, Movin’ Out, Swing, and Radio City Music Hall to name a few.  In 1993, Sandy had a vision to create a Dance Competition which catered to Dance Teachers & their students. That vision was Starbound which is in its 28th season.
