On this week’s episode of FYP, Mandee and Katie are actually both at home and have a lot of sports watching to do!  Get caught up on all things graduation and UMC conferencing.  We are also putting a call out to the SEC and ESPN.  Those of us here on FYP that love baseball would be much better commentators than the current line up and we are willing and able to help out.  If nothing else, we have strong opinions and we all know how much Katie loves to give out Errors.  Join us this week for all the things!   Katie’s Food: All things Corn: How Mom used to do it: Boil in salted and sugared (1Tbsp) water for about 20-30 min.   Roasted: Slather with butter and wrap in aluminum foil - cook at 425 for 30 min turning once   Fried: Remove kernels off cob and saute in butter and bacon grease for about 8 min   Mandee’s version: Wrap in a paper towel and microwave for 30 seconds   Corn Salad: 2 12 oz cans of white shoepeg corn ¼ c diced onion ¼ c chopped and seeded cucumber (I use one seedless with the middle cut out) 1-2 seeded roma tomatoes, chopped   Dressing ¼ c sour cream ¼ c mayonnaise  2 tsp vinegar ½ tsp dry mustard ½ tsp salt ½ tsp pepper   Mix dressing and pour over veggies.  Chill and serve.   Mandee’s Favorites: Nespresso + milk frother https://www.amazon.com/Breville-BMF600XL-Milk-Cafe-Frother/dp/B004RCNJ9Q/ref=asc_df_B004RCNJ9Q/?tag=hyprod-20&linkCode=df0&hvadid=693383044070&hvpos=&hvnetw=g&hvrand=9295818120032523850&hvpone=&hvptwo=&hvqmt=&hvdev=c&hvdvcmdl=&hvlocint=&hvlocphy=9011649&hvtargid=pla-329397215884&psc=1&mcid=168c4ca7c51934b19b65e34f78629e55&gad_source=1 TuckerNuck Sample Sale Kim Richey - Every New Beginning Album
