Welcome to the FYP Hurricane Party!  This week we are hunkering down and waiting for Helene to ruin the end of our weeks.  We are in our full fall rhythm of sports updates from Katie and Mandee.  We both agree that ESPN needs to do more Ben the dog content.  Katie circles back around to last week’s episode and suggests that everyone follow the Oxford, MS caterer Elizabeth Goulay Heiskell.  And most importantly Mandee let’s us know that she is not, in fact dying.  We are having a ball despite the weather.  Thanks for tuning in for the fun!   Katie’s Food Chicken Enchiladas Rotisserie chicken Gordo’s Cheese Dip Trader Joe’s Enchilada Sauce Greek Yogurt Mexican spices (I use TJ’s cilantro lime and elote) Mexican blend shredded cheese Tortillas   Mix chicken, half the cheese dip (you will have to warm it up to pour it), enough greek yogurt and enchilada sauce to make your heart happy, season with spices to taste.  Fill tortillas with chicken mixture and put in a greased dish.  Cover with more enchilada sauce and the rest of the cheese dip.  Put some Mexican cheese on top.  Bake at 350 for as long as it takes. **Mandee suggested adding refried beans for more fiber!   Mandee’s Favorites Puffs Plus with lotion Vicks Vapo Rub shower tablets - Amazon.com: Vicks, VapoShower Plus, Shower Steamers, Eucalyptus Shower Steamer & Menthol Scent, Clean Dissolving Vapor Shower Tablets, Aromatherapy Shower Steamer & Shower Bombs, 12 count : Everything Else Allegra D Walmart Delivery
