Find Your People Episode 60

The world may seem like it is falling apart all around us, but Episode 60 will make you laugh and give you hope in the midst of any storm.  Mandee and Katie catch up on all the fun things and recap a wild week in the south.  We love all of our people and hope you are safe and secure.  Freddie also kept us in stitches as he tried to bake in the middle of the podcast.  Mandee, as head of the Safety and Security Team, is watching out for all of our people.  We are so glad you are here!   Mandee’s Food Caro Chambers - Peanutty Pork and Brussels 1lb ground pork 1lb shaved brussels 1 tbsp sesame oil 1c chopped cilantro 4 cloves garlic ¼ c soy sauce 2 tbsp rice vinegar 2 tbsp creamy peanut butter 1-2 tbsp sriracha Toasted sesame seeds   Brown pork in sesame oil, add brussels and cook until soft. Use microplane to grate garlic and add finely chopped cilantro. Scooch everything over to the side then add soy sauce, rice vinegar, peanut butter, and sriracha. Stir until mostly smooth sauce forms before stirring everything together.
