Find Your People Episode 67

Welcome to the unhinged version of Find Your People. Mandee and Katie have had full weeks and recorded this week’s episode after a full day of school and work. Watch out world! We get a sports update from Katie as she keeps us updated on all things boxing and college football. And Mandee, the world traveler, fills us in on her trip to London. Have a great week and Gobble Gobble!   Katie’s Food Chicken Parm Sliders - it’s time to get the cookbook   Eggnog Pie 1 stick butter, softened 2 c sugar 3 Tbsp flour 1 c eggnog 1 tsp vanilla 3 eggs 1 deep dish pie shell – unbaked Cream butter, gradually add sugar, beating well.  Add flour and beat until smooth.  Add eggs, beat until combined.  Add eggnog and vanilla; beat well.  Pour filling into pie shell.  Bake at 400 for 5 min and reduce heat to 350.  Bake an additional 45 min until set. I made homemade cinnamon whipped cream to go on top.  Also good in coffee.   Russian Tea Mix 2 ½ c. Tang .5 oz instant lemonade mix  (I have a hard time finding this and the tea, so I use the lipton lemon iced tea) 2 tsp cinnamon 2 tsp ground cloves 1 c. instant tea (I use the lemon tea) 2 c sugar Mix all ingredients thoroughly.  Place in airtight containers.  Use at least 2 heaping teaspoons in a cup of boiling water.
