Happy Fourth of July Week! Catch up with all Katie and Mandee have going on for the holiday (or not going on). They have some great favorites and food for you this week. Katie makes Mandee scrunch her nose up with her recipe, but if you love a peanut butter and banana sandwich, you will love it! In this uncertain and turbulent times, we are so thankful to have such great people!   Katie’s Food Banana Salad (Pear Salad’s sassy cousin) Banana Mayo Ground peanuts   Slice the bananas in 2 inch sections, cut lengthwise in half.  Spread a dollop of mayo on each slice and top with ground peanuts.
