Find your Power in the Universe

In this episode Erika discusses power and how when we have self awareness and self love the need for traditional understanding of power (control) crumbles away. Sitting in the Power is an old technique used by mediums as a meditation to find the light of the soul with in. The expansion of personal light, or power is a connecting force to the Universe around.
